Our customers benefit from a wide range of health and well-being services provided under one roof. Some of the services we offer at the Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre are new to New Zealand. An earlier demographic survey indicated a need for these revolutionary services.
Our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre is a contemporary wellness centre. Our Salt Cave which has been crafted from Himalayan rock salt, is a result of intensive research and has been optimised to the highest standard. Salt Cave Halotherapy has been popular in Russia, Europe for many years. There is global interest in Salt Cave Halotherapy due to increasing awareness of its health benefits.

The founder Prashant Saraf practised medicine for 14 years in different parts of the world. Currently not practising medicine but hopes that through the Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre, he will be able to help many people achieve their well-being.
Services that are offered are Salt Cave Halotherapy which is proudly first to be established in New Zealand, Vibrosaun Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Mild Pressure Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cosmetic Teeth Whitening, Yoga & Meditation Classes, Healthy Me & Add-On and Personal Wellbeing Services. Aiming to add more services in future. We also stock and sell Natural Organic Products.

The journey of our wellness centre commenced in April 2016 with the initial renovation and followed by the installation of services one after other and our Salt Cave Halotherapy sessions started in November 2016. Since then we have seen many clients not only from Greater Auckland but from different parts of New Zealand and also from different parts of the world. The support and interest we received from clients were overwhelming.

Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre is proudly promoting New Zealand locally and has future plans of promoting their well-being services globally.
